Radhika Punshi

Radhika Punshi is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at The Talent Enterprise. As an organisational psychologist and HR expert, she advises clients on strategic human capital issues and challenges, including building the competitiveness of local talent, with a key focus on youth and female inclusion. With an Ivy League education and two Masters Degrees in Organisational Behavior and Psychology, Radhika is the first person from the MENASA region to be awarded a degree in Positive Psychology. She served on founding Board of Directors of the prestigious International Positive Psychology Association and is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania.

Radhika is a sought-after expert in the areas of talent assessment, leadership, employee engagement, happiness & well-being. Over the past decade, Radhika has worked with over 150+ organisations, leading projects in Government, Retail, Aviation, Healthcare, Energy, Hospitality, Banking & Financial Services, Real Estate sectors as well as diversified Conglomerates.

At The Talent Enterprise, Radhika leads client solutioning, including the design and delivery of client projects. Along with our experienced team of in-house psychologists, Radhika also steers the on-going research and development of all our psychometric tools and assessment solutions, grounded in positive psychology, such as the Thriving Index. She has also co-developed a series of positive education led programs to help develop critical skills for life for youth, such as our flagship program StrengthsCompass.

Prior to joining The Talent Enterprise, Radhika was part of the founding team for the MENA region at Aon Hewitt as an Associate Partner and Head of Innovation. She also worked with Campus Philly in the USA, a prominent not-for-profit organisation focused on the development of Philadelphia as a regional talent hub. Previously, Radhika helped set up HR Centres of Excellence for Sapient, a leading global technology consulting firm.

Radhika is a published author and her books include ‘Unlocking the Paradox of Plenty’ highlighting the labour market opportunities in the region and the award-winning book on females in the Arab world titled ‘Game-Changers’.

Radhika is a self-confessed workaholic and we don’t believe there is ever a time when she is not working! In her alter life, she would possibly be running an interior design firm or be a travel journalist. Her biggest stress buster is her 5 year old daughter, Ayana, who is preparing to intern with us in the summer

Nada Khalid Alhassan

Senior Director of Business Development Department in Emdad Al Khebrat Company, a Human Capital Services provider, Elm subsidiary.

Her experience in human resource development and training consulting extends for 10 years. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and is currently preparing her PhD degree in Human Resources Management at King Saud University. She has worked as a consultant with some government entities. Furthermore, conducted many training sessions for governmental employees.

Deepika P Burman

Deepika is the Head of Asia Pacific Operations at the Talent Enterprise, with over two decades of experience in training and learning. She is a Senior Assessor and accredited Executive Coach who has worked with numerous clients in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region to evaluate the potential of employees for succession, talent management and leadership development.

At The Talent Enterprise, Deepika leads the on-going implementation and scaling-up of our rapidly growing client base, ensuring consistency in quality and excellence. She also manages our technology and project support team based out of Bangalore. Deepika supports the team on the design and delivery of our large-scale assessment projects, and her recent clients include Commercial Bank International, Mashreqbank, Etihad Airways, Sidra Medicine, Proptiger and 75F. She also co-led the design and delivery of a bespoke soft skills development program for Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi.

With an innate flair for accepting challenges and a skill for managing & leading large groups, Deepika has an uncanny ability to connect with people and get the best out of them. Prior to joining us, Deepika took a career break to focus on her family, before which she worked at leading organisations such as GE Capital, American Express and Accenture, as a senior trainer and member of the L&D teams, working on programs for leadership development, soft skills, process, voice & accent, operations, customer service, sales, culture and diversity. With over 5000 hours of training, covering 1000’s of participants, Deepika’s personable style and sense of humour leaves a lasting impression.

Deepika loves music and is an avid reader. She enjoys spending her time discovering new places and experiencing new cultures. Deepika likes to spend time at home with her family and pre teen kids, dog and cat. Her other interests include interior designing and baking!

Ehsan Fahmi

As an organisational psychologist, Ehsan leads the delivery of our assessment solutions at The Talent Enterprise. She works closely with our clients to understand and address their hiring, selection and development challenges. She also partners with clients to design assessment criteria and culture fit processes that are efficient and predictive.

With a Masters Degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from the University of Exeter, UK, Ehsan also delivers our Thriving Index accreditation programs at The Talent Enterprise, and manages our extensive pool of associate consultants, coaches and facilitators through our collaboratory model.

Before joining the Talent Enterprise, Ehsan works at Cubiks as an organisational psychologist. As part of her role, she designed and delivered bespoke leadership assessments for leading organisations for selection and development purposes. She has also organised and delivered large coaching projects for multiple government and private entities in the UAE. She has also conducted multiple trainings on soft skills and psychometric accreditations for clients in the UAE. Ehsan has also designed bespoke psychometric assessment tools such as personality assessments, situational judgement tests and competency questionnaires for various selection processes.

Ehsan has led various projects with clients such as Petroleum Development Oman, Bahri, Dubai Airports, Higher Colleges of Technology, Prime Minister’s Office, du, Emirates, Borouge, KONE, Veolia, L’Oreal, ARCADIS, Audi Volkswagen Middle East, Cleveland Clinic, Federal Authority for Human Resource, The Executive Office and an investment firm in Abu Dhabi.

She is also a frequently invited speaker on topics including gamification, leveraging potential, trends in recruitment and she has conducted workshops on wellbeing and happiness.

Most people find it difficult to pronounce Ehsan’s name, they also assume Ehsan is a male and cannot believe she is Sudanese. Just laugh at her strange jokes and you’ll be fine!

Lyanne Nathaniel

An MBA graduate from the University of West London with over 14 years of work experience across India and the UK. She has been a part of the SHRM India team for over a decade has worked in the areas of operations, events, trade support, research, business development and strategic management across organizations such as J.P. Morgan, DHL UK and Market Probe Europe. She is currently heading Retail Products Pan India and drives Memberships, Certifications, Virtual Professional Development Programs and other key initiatives. She has also been an integral part in launching the SHRM Certifications across India and Bangladesh.
