Guillermo Corea has been involved in digital technology for over 25 years. He’s currently the Managing Director for SHRMLabs, SHRM’s workplace innovation laboratory and venture capital arm. He is charged with establishing SHRM as a research thought leader and product testbed for technologies impacting the future of work and the workplace. Previously, as Director, Digital Media and Business Development at SHRM, he led e-commerce operations and identified non-dues revenue opportunities through a variety of activities, including business and product development, and content and technology partnerships. Guillermo received his Bachelor’s in Economics from Lynchburg College and an MBA from Cornell University.

An MBA graduate from the University of West London with over 14 years of work experience across India and the UK. She has been a part of the SHRM India team for over a decade has worked in the areas of operations, events, trade support, research, business development and strategic management across organizations such as J.P. Morgan, DHL UK and Market Probe Europe. She is currently heading Retail Products Pan India and drives Memberships, Certifications, Virtual Professional Development Programs and other key initiatives. She has also been an integral part in launching the SHRM Certifications across India and Bangladesh.
