Nadeem recently relocated to Dubai from London to work with Aramex as their CHRO. He is a senior business executive with extensive global human capital leadership experience in the Consumer Goods, Retail & Industrial sectors. His key competence and experience are in the areas of senior executive search, reward design, talent development, succession, C-suite coaching, integration of senior leadership hires, performance and organisational design. He is also well experienced in M&A due diligence with reference to people and organisation. Before joining Aramex, Nadeem was Global CHRO at Dyson in the UK prior to which he was at Reckitt, a multinational FMCG where he was a member of the Global HR Leadership team for over 9 years. Samer Bokharee

Mr. Samer Bokharee holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences & Management Information Systems from George Mason University.  Mr. Samer Has 20 years’ experience in the Human Resources field across different industries and markets. He started his career in Saudi Arabia with Unilever in 2004, progressing to HR Manager before joining the National Commercial Bank (NCB).

Within his 7 years at NCB, Mr. Samer evolved from AVP, Head of Talent Management to Vice President, Head of Human Resources Strategy. He then continued his professional journey by spending 5 years at Pfizer, first taking on the Role of Human Resources Director for Saudi Arabia in 2013 and then attaining the Position of Human Resources Sub regional Director, responsible for Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the Levant countries.

Mr. Samer Joined the Nahdi Family in 2018 as the Chief Human Resources Officer.  Since then, he has lead the people agenda while positioning NMC as an officially certified Great Place to Work Company. Mr. Samer also helped establish the new NMC legal entity as well as the launch of the NahdiCare Clinic business.
