A trailblazer in the corporate world she is a pioneer in training on Leadership, Collaboration and change through the medium of music, from CEOs to management students. Her music therapy workshops for more than 20,000 less privileged children across India has gotten her a recognition from the Pope himself at the Vatican in 2016.
Her program Sahakriya on the art of partnerships, ‘C Sharp on Creativity’ and wellbeing during and 3E on Enrichment and Inclusion for women has made meaningful impact across discerning audiences as an innovative approach to learning and leadership.
Sunita is the Chief mentor of Atos Prayas Foundation, a visiting faculty of IIM Shillong & CEDEP (INSEAD) as well as am active Practitioner for various prestigious forums and organizations across the world.
An L& D head for 3 large organisations in her early life, Sunita flits effortlessly between her concerts and training room. She is an MBA in Human Resources and a Master of music and was trained under her mother and guru veteran violinist Minoti Khaund of Assam and maestro Pt. V.G.Jog. Her son Ronojit is a western classical pianist based in London and the mother and son duo did more than 150 virtual events during the pandemic from their home studio.
