Sonali joined Kellanova (formerly The Kellogg Company) as Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer for AMEA HR in 2022, after spending 20+ years at P&G. She has lived across India, Singapore, Vietnam, with significant experience across Asia, Middle East & global. Her leadership experience includes Business/ CXO partnership, Talent Development, Change Management (M&A), ED&I, and building global multicultural teams. Sonali is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive talent and building high-performing teams in diverse business ontexts.

Sonali holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the premier Human Resource business school in India (XLRI) and an Advanced Coaching certification from The Teachers College, Columbia University, USA. Sonali is based in Singapore with her husband Madhav, an entrepreneur, and their fur-kid Digger. A foodie who loves exploring cuisines, cooking, and reading about food, she is also a fitness enthusiast, enjoying badminton, yoga, and dance. Additionally, Sonali dabbles in the stock markets and actively upskills in trends in the HR technology. Trained as a violinist and qualified to teach, she has yet to pursue this passion professionally! Sonali is active in the external community in areas of mentoring young leaders/female in business, and start-ups in the HR tech space
