Further to an established management career with British Airways, in both Operational and HR functions that included talent management, organizational design, L&D and recruitment disciplines, Sandra then worked with major blue chip organisations in the USA/Europe/Middle East both as a consultant and in senior management positions. She has a strong commitment to leading, coaching and guiding individuals to exceed and grow in their skill development. Sandra holds a BSc (Honours) degree in Psychology and a MSc degree in Occupational Psychology.
