Since 1992, Rajan has garnered his expertise through hard-won experience across multiple sectors – in manufacturing industry he worked with Eicher and Ballarpur Industries, in FMCG with Coca Cola, and in consul;ng with Eicher Consultancy Services (ECS), before geNng into financial services with Max New York Life Insurance (MNYL). He spent over a decade in the financial services industry.
In his corporate career, Rajan has been instrumental in seNng up HR functions, formulating the philoso-phy, strategy and policies of the function.
