Mohsen H. Alfahadi is a distinguished HR and Shared Services executive with over 16 years of experience across various sectors. As Chief Human Capital Officer at KAFD DMC, he oversees HR strategy, workforce development, and compliance with labor laws. He has held key roles at the National Transformation Program, The National Center for Performance Management, and Eli Lilly & Company. He is also an active board member in several organizations and holds different professional certifications.

Mohsen holds a Master’s in public administration from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from King Abdul Aziz University and graduated from Harvard University General Management Program.
