Dr. Muath Jafaari is the founder and board member of ICM and the Consulting Partner for Amjad Watan conglomerate (AW), serving more than 60 government entities and large corporations. He is responsible for formulating the vision and delivery of the organizational culture ecosystem for AW, building the foundation to create the world’s first AI people analytical system. AW is establishing a full-scale OC and IC infrastructure in the Saudi Arabia market.
While working in AW, he served in OC and IC consultant roles at SCFHS and several consultant companies over the course of 3 years, most recently as Snr. Organizational Culture consultant.

Dr. Muath led the delivery of advanced services and business development, commercialization, staffing, and operations for Amjad Watan’s businesses.
Before Founding Amjad Watan, he joined several leadership programs and incubators, including (SYLEP 2016) in Washington, D.C., US., and (Draper U 2018) program in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, US. Research summer school in King Abdullah International Medical Research Center, Badir Program for Technology Incubators in King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), 9/10 Accelerator in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Entrepreneurship Diploma in Entrepreneurship Institute at King Saud University (KSU).

He is passionate about disruptive technologies, AI, ML, Data Science, Research, I/O psychology, and employees’ role in driving organizations to achieve their vision. My work has appeared in global publications such as Corporate Communications, an International Journal, Saudi Medical Journal, Tedx Talk, Creative Morning Talk, and local publications such as Internal Communication Conference, MBC, Rotana, Alif FM, and MISK foundation podcast.
