Chris Shennan has been working for Korn Ferry since 1998 working on a wide range of national and international projects.

He has extensive experience working closely with leading Energy Companies in areas of reward, assessment, organisational design, performance management and leadership.

Examples of his projects include:

• Developed reward, benchmarks, design and strategy.
• Developed job families across Upstream and Downstream business units.
• Defined best in class standards for HR processes.

Assessed and re-designed performance management process and implementation

Evaluated Senior executive roles in many of the worlds leading energy companies.

Chris is a Global Partner, currently based in Korn Ferry’s Dubai office. As the Korn Ferry’s Global Sector Leader for the oil and gas industry, he has served as a CRD for two major clients: Shell and BP, and worked with oil clients in the Middle East, Asia and Japan. In his global role he has focused on knowledge sharing in Korn Ferry as well as developing a range of external thought leadership papers on key sector issues based on his project work and research.

Chris has been with Korn Ferry for twenty years. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Chris worked for Shell UK for five years in a variety of marketing positions. He then joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants where he specialized in a range of organisational change, and coaching projects in both the public and private sector. Chris has a BA in History from Cambridge University
