With over 18 years of experience in information and cyber security technology and humanresources, Awadh Al Mur is a seasoned professional who holds a dual role as the ChiefHappiness Officer and the Human Resources Director at the Federal Authority for NuclearRegulation (FANR). He is a certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), as well as acertified business continuity and incident response manager (CBCI and IRCM).

He has a track record ofdelivering results, as demonstrated by his successful projects such as the development ofFANR’s human resources policy and manual, compensation and benefits review, workloadanalysis and department mandate project, organization restructuring, and salary scalerestructuring.
