Agnes is a COO at VG Consulting, and oversees a wide range of services including human resource management, strategy formulation and management, performance management, and organizational design services.

Agnes is an HR advisor and helped multiple entities in the region to develop their HR policies, procedures, processes, manuals, employees handbook, job descriptions, competency framework, performance management systems, organization structures, etc.

In addition, Agnes provides accredited training courses on Human resource management topics in addition to strategy and performance management topics. Agnes has recently trained a large number of public sector employees in Saudi Arabia assisting in one of Vision 2030 initiatives.

Agnes is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management – (SHRM-SCP certification), and a Certified Senior Professional Human Resources international™ (SPHRi™) from the HR Certification Institute. As well, Agnes hold a Certificate in Key Performance Indicators Professional (KPIP) – and Certificate in Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP) – from Balanced Scorecard Institute and George Washington University.
