Pooja is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience in FMCG, Real Estate, Retail and Auto industries. Currently, Pooja acts as the Head- People & Performance Operations & Procurement for Kraft Heinz Emerging Markets (Middle East, Russia, Turkey, Poland, Eastern Europe & Latin America). Previously, she has held various roles spanning across Talent, Rewards and HR Business Partnering for India and Southeast Asia geographies.

An engineer by qualification, she spent early years of her professional career with IBM and later, went on to do her MBA from Indian Institute of Management in Shillong, majoring in Marketing and HR. Over the years, Pooja has been passionately working towards two key drivers that define her career the most- coaching and driving continuous improvement using technology.
