She utilizes the MT assessment tools & reports, which helps individuals understand how the 4 C’s (confidence, commitment, control, challenge) affect their engagement in life and how they ‘show up” in responding to what’s happening in their life.
As a career counselor for a French school, Georgette successfully restructured the orientation department and, implemented creative ideas. Additionally, she led the school team to win a national prize in an advertising and communication university competition. Georgette is a TV Resident Guest Speaker who talks about HR market trends, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, network marketing and how to maximize the future of work. Georgette is a humanitarian who volunteers for good cause. She’s an active member at several UN entities in Lebanon, previously. Today, she leads the HR committee Dubai Alumni of her university (USJ).
